At MulchingMen, we aim to process and deliver your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, shipping charges, delivery timelines, tracking, and related guidelines.

- All orders are currently Prepaid.
- We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at present.
- Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- Orders are dispatched once the product is packed and ready for shipment.
2. Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹799: Free Shipping
- Orders below ₹799: Flat ₹50 Shipping Charge
Shipping charges may also depend on factors such as product quantity, package size and weight, delivery location, number of packages, and transportation method. Any applicable charge will be displayed or communicated before order confirmation.
3. Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and logistics partner.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of:

- Remote delivery locations

- Unforeseen circumstances
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the registered contact details wherever available.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
MulchingMen is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
6. Damaged Package
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take photographs/videos of the package and product and contact MulchingMen as soon as possible.
7. Multiple Packages
An order containing multiple products may be shipped in more than one package depending on product size, weight, availability, or logistics requirements.
