1. Use of Website
You agree to use the MulchingMen website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Product Information
MulchingMen sells products that may include natural materials such as pine bark, mulch, moss, pine cones, and related gardening/decorative products.
Natural products may have variations in:
- Colour
- Texture
- Shape
- Size
- Appearance
Such natural variations are not necessarily defects.
3. Product Availability
Product availability may change without prior notice.
MulchingMen reserves the right to:
- Modify product specifications
- Update product information
- Change prices
- Limit quantities
- Discontinue products
- Refuse or cancel an order where necessary
4. Pricing
All product prices and applicable shipping charges displayed on the website are subject to change.
Current shipping structure:
- Above ₹799 – Free Shipping
- Below ₹799 – Flat ₹50 Shipping
Any applicable shipping charge may also depend on product quantity, package size/weight, delivery location, number of packages, and transportation requirements.
5. Payment
MulchingMen currently accepts Prepaid Orders only.
COD is not currently available.
6. Order Confirmation
An order is considered accepted/confirmed after successful payment and confirmation by MulchingMen.
MulchingMen may cancel or refuse an order in circumstances such as:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment issues
- Incorrect order information
- Operational or logistical reasons
If an order is cancelled by MulchingMen after payment, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method/payment gateway.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and logistics partner.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond MulchingMen’s control.
8. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to confirmation by MulchingMen.
Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the logistics/delivery partner, cancellation is not accepted.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns/refunds may be considered for eligible cases such as:
- Wrong product
- Missing product
- Materially different product
- Verified transportation damage
Natural variations in natural products do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Change-of-mind requests, wrong product selection, or damage caused by improper handling may not qualify for a refund.
10. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact information
- Providing a complete delivery address
- Selecting the appropriate product
- Following reasonable product storage and handling instructions
